Your Space for Subfiles
A Your Space is a place where you are able to put configurable data on a screen. This article will explain the different types of Your Spaces and how to set up each one.
APPROVE_PO
Description:
With each PO you are given the ability to customize a ‘Your Space’. You will find this ‘Your Space’ at the bottom of the PO screen. This table code will allow you to customize this ‘Your Space’.
Enable:
If Flag 1 = 1, then you would like this space to be customized.
If Flag 1 = 0, then you would NOT like this space to be customized.
Structure:
Table Code Value: APPROVE_PO
Table Code Description 1: Call exit program K3S_XP1051 when flag1 = 1

K3S_1010
Description:
Under the Supplier Summary screen you will find a table giving you detailed information of the product with a ‘Your Space’ column. You are given the ability to customize this ‘Your Space’ column. This table code will allow you to customize this ‘Your Space’.
Enable:
If Flag 1 = 1, then you would like this space to be customized.
If Flag 1 = 0, then you would NOT like this space to be customized.

Description:
Under the Purchase Order screen you will find a table giving you detailed information of the purchase order with a ‘Your Space’ column. You are given the ability to customize this ‘Your Space’ column. This table code will allow you to customize this ‘Your Space’.
Enable:
If Flag 1 = 1, then you would like this space to be customized.
If Flag 1 = 0, then you would NOT like this space to be customized.

You are given the ability to customize this ‘Your Space’ column. There are two pages for this setting, page 2 and 3 and you are given the option to customize each column differently per page. This table code will allow you to customize the page 2 ‘Your Space’.

If Flag 1 = 0, then you would NOT like this space to be customized.
