Fixed Cycle Frequencies
If the supplier you are working on is a Fixed Cycle supplier, meaning that they need to order on a specific day of the week and at fixed frequencies every time they order, you can set its order cycle using the Fixed Cycle Feature in Supplier Settings.
Locate the Fixed cycle processing button in Supplier Settings; this is the area we will utilize to set up the proper fixed order cycle. (Not Fixed Cycle is the default)
This table code will give you the options for the order frequency.
For the Order frequency field you must determine how often you will order from this supplier by clicking on the drop down window and selecting one of the following:
- Every week
- Every 2 weeks
- Every 3 weeks
- Every 4 weeks
- Every 5 weeks
- Every 6 weeks
