Customer Projections - Record Type values
The Customer Projections Application (CPA) enables a Purchasing Department to receive Customer Projections via spreadsheet on future projected purchases for a product at a specific location for 12 months, or four quaters, of for the entire year.
These projections will then be measured against actual results and provide feedback to the Purchasing Department for futher review and decision making. The file K_CPAPROJ will hold the projections that successfully come in via the import spreadsheet process, and the actual results that are accumulated within the CPA system. There are 6 different record type value in the CPA system and they are follows:
AM
Actual monthly results captured.
AQ
Actual quarterly results captured.
AY
Actual annual results captured.
MM
Monthly projections from spreadsheer are being used.
Quarterly projections from spreadsheet are being used.
YY
Annual projections are being used.
