K3S Retriever The new K3S Table Navigator is a great tool that will help you mine data for your products and suppliers. This new feature will have more updates coming in 2021.
Fresh Fresh is a new K3S Element, which are Extended Module Features available for configuration purchase. Dealing with fresh products can be very difficult. With short shelf life and high demand, it can be challenging to determine the right amount to order while limiting spoilage and maintaining service levels. The new K3S Fresh setup will help you manage your fresh food easier.
Your Screen Like Fresh, Your Screen is also a K3S Element available for purchase. Sometimes you might need to access data quickly outside of K3S from your ERP system. This data might be purchase order information, live on hand amounts, or even shipping codes. K3S has developed a new feature that might help you with your challenge to get data quickly.
Supplier Icons In K3S, we have many different types of suppliers. Back in the land of a green screen, we used to use a Red D to signify Daily Replenishment. Now with more supplier types, we have developed a way to identify them in R6. You will now see new type icons on Today’s Suggested Orders screen and on the Suggested Orders Screen.
Note Sequencing Are you looking for a way to control what note is shown on your supplier and products? We have added a way for you to sequence your notes in K3S to prevent which note is showing on the screen’s top. When you click on notes, you will now see a sequence column that will allow you to control the order of the notes.
Copy To All Products Do you need to make a mass update to all products in a supplier that is the same for each product? Try the new Copy To All Products feature. This feature will allow you to copy the buy multiple, weight, volume, minimums, maximums, and more.
User Setting Improvements We have added a setting that will allow you to control your default filters for buyers and locations to show everything.
Today’s Agenda Buyer Filters Are you filling in for another buyer this week? You can now filter your agenda screen to show the view other buyers have.
Assigned Tasks View We now have a new summary page for your to review your assigned tasks for the day. You can also toggle to different buyer groups and locations.
Sticky Headers If you are using long lists for your products and suppliers, it is sometimes difficult to remember which column is which. We have added sticky headers that will help you when viewing longer lists of suppliers and products.
Download All Locations You can now download the list of products from the All Locations Screen.
Exponential Smoothing Screen We have added a new feature that you can access from the Product History Screen. The Exponential Smoothing feature will show you more detail on the product’s historical demand, allow you to filter periods to analyze demand, show you when it was a PE Check, and more.
Batches: Jump To First Unreviewed We have added a new shortcut in batches. You can now click the “Door” button next to the batch to access the next product on the list. Depending on the batch, it will use the default screen. For PE Checks, it will jump to the Product History Screen.
Batches: Start With Default We have an additional button to start the list with the default screen used for the specific batch. Like the example above, PE Checks jump to the Product History Screen.
Best Practices Log We have added a new feature that allows you to track K3S Best Practices for your buyers. Help buyers track, measure, and improve their performance using K3S.
