Release 4.38

1) Develop your own Selected Products Review batches - Customers can develop up to 99 unique Selected Products Review batches that can be tailored to fit their requirements. These batch types are identified with codes from Q01 through Q99.

2) Create new Suggested Orders for entire Buy Group - When buyers have completed their Period End exceptions, they can use this new facility to recalculate all of their Suggested Orders for their Buy Group. Any adjustments made to product averages during PE Exceptions will then be taken into account.

3) Product Interface Log access from K3S Main Menu - The Product Interface Log is now conveniently accessible from the K3S Main Menu by using the F18= function key.

4) Generate Product Bracket Levels easily - This new tool for buyers makes it easy to set up Product Bracket Levels that are a percentage off of the regular product cost.

5) Keep new products off totem pole SQ until received - When a new product is added to the K3S database, a buyer will typically provide a starting average, and also place an initial order quantity for that product. This new feature will keep that product from having any further suggested order quantities calculated until the product is first received.

6) “Smarter” selection criteria for seasonal products - More products will be examined for seasonal characteristics with the improved comparison techniques.

7) Corporate Profile capability - This new feature provides a company the capability to have all new products added to the K3S database to default with a Corporate Seasonal Profile.

8) Product Approved Orders inquiry - This new inquiry screen shows a product’s approved orders, the expected arrival date and lead time for each order, the actual arrival date of the 1st receipt, the quantity ordered and quantity received.

9) “Smarter” Overstock Identification logic - The Overstock Identification logic now understands three additional components: Minimum Quantity use, large Buy Multiples, and Manual Minimum Units use.

10) “Smarter” Count Days Out of Stock logic - This enhancement provides the flexibility to specify that counting a day out of stock should only occur when the customer’s daily interface contains a lost sales value.

11) Manual Minimum Days when cost is .00 - A buyer can now use the Manual Minimum number of days of inventory for a product, even when the product has no cost (free goods).

12) Manual Min/Max for Days or Units when Average is 0 - A buyer can now specify a Manual Minimum and/or Maximum to use for either Days or Units, even when the product average is 0.
