This file should contain the Birth Date in *ISO format (YYYY-MM-DD) in releation to all the other files. This date is normally today’s date, unless you have worked with K3S to schedule your interface files to be developed the day before K3S processing. The creation of this file with the date lets K3S know that your processing jobs have completed successfully and all the files you have created for K3S are ready.
It is ALWAYS the last file created and the last file sent to the exchange site. This lets K3S processes know all interface file development has completed as expected.
